These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ListingStaged. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
The service
ListingStaged is an AI virtual staging tool that adds furniture and décor to photos of empty rooms and gardens. It is designed to preserve the underlying space and only add the furnishings you select. Results are AI-generated and provided on a best-effort basis.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
Plans, credits and billing
Paid plans include a monthly allowance of credits, where each successfully staged photo consumes one credit. Allowances reset each billing period and unused credits do not roll over. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time; changes apply to your current allowance right away. The free tier allows a single watermarked image without download.
Acceptable use
You agree not to upload content that is unlawful, infringing or that you do not have the right to use, and not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it to create misleading representations of a property in violation of applicable real estate advertising rules.
Your content and licensing
You retain ownership of the photos you upload. Paid plans include a commercial license to use the staged images you generate in your property listings and marketing. You grant us the limited rights needed to process your photos and provide the service.
AI-generated results
Staged images are generated by AI and may contain imperfections. They are intended to illustrate furnishing possibilities and should be disclosed as virtually staged where required by law or local real estate regulations.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ListingStaged is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Termination
You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
